Covid19 Precautions
We hope that by 29th August the vast majority of Covid19 restrictions will have been lifted, but due the possibility of sporadic outbreaks we need to plan this year’s event as if certain restrictions will apply. We are, therefore, only accepting online entries and payments – details on entry form.
Mask wearing and distancing are still likely to apply within the clubhouse and for this reason we will not have a registration desk, and additional information about auctions, raffles and special prizes etc. will be notified in the week before the event. The usual friendly banter at registration will be missed!Competitors should arrive no more than 30 minutes in advance of their tee time and report to the Starter. You can then proceed to the clubhouse to enjoy your complimentary bacon roll and tea/coffee, but please respect distancing and hand hygiene rules in addition to wearing a face covering when not seated. Covered outdoor areas will be provided in the event of bad weather.
At the end of the event we would request that the team score card is handed in by one member of the team and that there should be no gathering around the scorer’s desk or results display. Catering will be available in line with the prevailing regulations.
